Hermione Therapeutics has been selected to present poster “Development of the Atrial Natriuretic Peptide as a new powerful drug against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus resistant strain biofilms: its mechanism of action and therapeutic potential” during international conference on antimicrobial resistance (AMR 2026 March 3 – 4, 2026, Basel, Switzerland).
Poster highlights in vitro and in vivo efficacy of ANP’s anti-biofilm activity on its own, and ANP’s ability to enhance the efficacy of antibiotics. These data confirm that ANP would be a valuable and disruptive new therapeutic tool for controlling Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections and improving chronic respiratory patients’ outcomes.
